It doesn't look like I am enrolled in any courses?

If you are new to the school - you may be allocated to a program of courses.  You will not be enrolled in any courses until you start the program.  Go to Dashboard >> Learning and you should see the program you are allocated to there.  Hit start and you will be enrolled.

What score do I need on quizzes and tests to pass?

Quizzes are put in after most video lessons.  You must get 100% correct to pass the quiz.  Note that you can pause the quiz – it is untimed – and go back to the video to watch the section you are being quizzed about.    You may also retake any quiz – your best score is the one that counts.  Note that the quiz will enforce increasing delays between attempts, so its best to answer the question correctly the first time.  You can go back and watch portions of the video and return to the quiz.

What is the difference between courses, programs and certifications?

The school is comprised of courses.  A learner may enroll in individual or multiple courses.  Each course addresses one topic.  When a learner completes the course – they will get a certificate.  If you are enrolled in an individual course – not as part of a program or certification – your access to the school lasts for one year.

A program is a group of courses that make up the requirements for a certification.  The certification is issued after the learner passes all courses and may require a final test.  The certification lasts for one year but may be renewed.  For example, the Compressor Operator Certification is a 3-year certification.  The learner must pass all the program courses to receive certification, which lasts for one year.  The learner may then recertify up to twice – which in this case requires that the learner review any service updates on the compressor. Email reminders are sent to the learner.  Access to the school lasts for as long as the certification is valid, in this case 3 years.

How much do courses and programs cost?

I completed a course, but now my dashboard shows the course is not complete.

If a course is updated with new or revised material the status of the course for all learners will be changed when the new material is added.  To complete the course again you must take the new or revised sections.
